Keane Jules is a musician and producer from the island of Grenada. Born into a musical family to his guitarist parents, Dean and Calista Jules, it was only natural that he follow in their footsteps.
At the age of three (3), Keane started playing the drums. From there, he picked up the guitar and keyboard and at the age of eleven (11) he began playing the bass. He was also a part of the Grenada Boys’ Secondary School (GBSS) drum core.
As a musician he has accompanied a number of regionally and internationally recognized artists including (but not limited to) gospel artists such as:
Gitta Dan; Trinidad
Emrand Henry; St. Lucia
Bridget Blucher; St. Vincent
Stitchie and Marvia Providence; Jamaica
At home in Grenada, Keane is a member of the Royal Grenada Police Force (RGPF) Band. He has also lent his musical and arrangement skills to many local bands including:
Zamar 2007 to present; bass guitar
SpiceRock Band 2011 to 2017; bass guitar
Sabrina Francis and FLOM 2015 to 2020; drums
Heatwave Band 2016 to present; drums
Keane started producing music in 2014, however when he realized that the musical art form needed “a new sound, a new vibe; something interesting and sharp”, he began to seriously delve into the production craft. It was with this in mind that he began working with Dash on “Last Post”. With the major success of “Last Post”, Keane envisioned creating his own production business, making use of the word which is close to his own name and in line with his own production style; “KeenProdz”. KeenProdz was officially established in 2018.

In the latter year of 2020, Keane discovered a platform that showcases musician’s production skill named “What’s Your Take” by The C-Dub Brand. His submissions on bass were chosen on multiple episodes for amazing soundtracks to be released on apps, namely WhoopTriggerz+ and Scale Junkie.
