Our Skills to Pay the Bills course is now live at The Low End Music Brainery! This course has been developed over the past year and focuses on answering two questions:

For this course we recruited a group of the heaviest players, who have performed with some of the world’s biggest artists including Drake, The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado, Aretha Franklin, Big Wreck, Steve Coleman, Dapp Theory and many more. Instructors include Dave McMillan (bass) and Sekou Lumumba (drums) of Big Wreck, Joel Joseph (keys), TJ Whitelaw (guitar), Cameron Dougall, (bass), Wade O. Brown (keys and vocals), monster bassist Rich Brown and recording artist Divine Brown.
This is the first course that will teach you pocket in a visual way and give you all of the tools you need to develop pocket that is all your own and unique to you. You’ll also learn the personal and musical skills and get deep insight into the mentality of pro musicians.
There are in depth tutorials on building a rock solid sense of time, preparing for gigs, playing various styles of music, using articulation to strengthen your groove and of course “The Pocket.”
