Bryan Ladd

Bryan Ladd is a professional Bass Player in Los Angeles, CA.  He grew up in Hartford, CT and began playing the bass at age 12 with the help of his father Jeff Ladd (an accomplished musician in the Hartford area).  After graduating from Berklee College Of Music in 2007, Bryan spent over ten years playing on the New York City music circuit before relocating to LA in 2018.  

He considers his biggest influences to be Anthony Jackson, Jimmy Haslip, Rocco Prestia, Sharay Reed, Jaco Pastorius, Meshell Ndegeocello, Marcus Miller, and Paul Jackson. 

Bryan is known for his work in the R&B, Pop, and Jazz worlds.  He has performed and recorded with artists including Tortured Soul, Alyson Williams, Lisa Lisa, Progger, Cliff Almond, Vivian Green, Eden Espinosa, Melba Moore, Ari Hoenig, Gordon Chambers, Mike Mainieri, CJ Emmons, Cheryl Riley, and many others.   

He is an endorsement artist for Fodera Instruments and Aguilar Amplification.
